About the role
TechStreet is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee business operations, departmental performance and commercial growth. You will manage business priorities, lead teams and coordinate across employer success, talent acquisition, marketing and technology to ensure effective execution and sustainable business performance.
What you'll do
- Oversee day-to-day operations and maintain coordination across key departments.
- Translate business objectives into operational priorities, plans and measurable KPIs.
- Review team performance, identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to workflows and productivity.
- Drive B2B business development, employer growth and strategic partnership initiatives.
- Monitor commercial performance, employer satisfaction and opportunities for sustainable revenue.
- Lead cross-functional teams and provide coaching, accountability and clear direction.
- Work closely with IT and product teams on platform improvements, technical priorities and delivery.
- Provide management with concise reports, business insights and actionable recommendations.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, HR, IT or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in operations, business development or recruitment management, including demonstrated team leadership.
- Proven B2B business development experience and strong commercial judgement.
- Experience managing IT recruitment or technology staffing teams is highly advantageous.
- Comfortable working with IT teams and understanding technology hiring requirements.
- Strong people management, analytical thinking and hands-on execution skills.
