About the role
We are looking for a Talent Growth Executive to expand TechStreet’s network of qualified technology professionals. You will oversee talent sourcing, candidate engagement, onboarding and profile quality while supporting the hiring needs of our employer network.
What you'll do
- Identify, source and engage technology professionals through professional communities, digital platforms and relevant social channels.
- Drive talent registrations, onboarding, profile completion and ongoing candidate engagement.
- Review candidate experience, technical skills and qualifications to maintain accurate, relevant profiles.
- Build qualified talent pipelines based on current employer hiring requirements and emerging skill demands.
- Collaborate with Employer Success to understand talent gaps and support active vacancies.
- Monitor sourcing effectiveness, candidate feedback and profile quality to improve the talent experience.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Marketing, Business or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or candidate sourcing.
- IT or technical recruitment experience is a strong advantage.
- Strong interpersonal communication, screening, organisation and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working towards measurable goals.
