Job Description

Responsibilities

• 1. Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting company hardware, software, and network systems
• 2. Provide basic technical support to internal users
• 3. Support system installation, configuration, and testing activities
• 4. Assist in website, system, or application maintenance
• 5. Participate in AI and digital solution-related projects
• 6. Monitor and update IT documentation and records
• 7. Support data entry, backup, and system housekeeping tasks
• 8. Assist the IT team in daily operational and administrative tasks

Requirements

• Education:
• - Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Skills & Competencies:
• - Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and software troubleshooting
• - Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• - Basic understanding of programming languages or databases is an added advantage
• - Willing to learn, responsible, and able to work in a team
• - Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Additional Information:
• - Flexible working hours
• - Mandarin-speaking preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
