Responsibilities

• Software Developer (Integration) (.Net)
• Key Responsibilities:
• • Develop robust C# middleware to bridge the gap between internal services and external APIs.
• • Experience managing secure transport layers such as HTTPS, mTLS, and SFTP for reliable financial data transmission.
• • Managing ETL processes and mapping data between different formats like JSON, XML, and CSV.
• • Expertise in securing financial APIs using mTLS for server-to-server trust, OAuth2/JWT for identity management, and data encryption.
• • Troubleshoot complex connectivity issues, analysing SOAP/REST traffic and SQL logs to resolve transaction failures.
• • Design, develop, and support Web Services (WCF, RESTful APIs).
• • Develop and optimize SQL Server stored procedures, functions, and complex queries as well as performance fine tuning.
• • Understand with ISO 20022 (XML) and ISO 8583 financial messaging frameworks.
• • Support and troubleshoot production issues with effective root cause analysis.
• • Collaborate across teams on various product lines to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• • Follow coding standards, documentation practices, and maintain clean code with tools like SonarQube.
• • Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD and API Gateway integrations in microservices architecture.
• • Write and maintain SSRS reports and exportable Excel reports.
• • Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical mentoring.

Requirements

• Technical Skills & Experience:
• Required:
• • Strong in C#.NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET.
• • Expertise in building and consuming REST APIs and WCF (SOAP).
• • SQL Server – advanced T-SQL, performance tuning, scripting.
• • Deep proficiency in JSON and XML for cross-system data mapping.
• • Hands-on experience with OAuth2 and JWT for secure API authorization.
• • Strong understanding of HTTPS/TLS and SFTP for reliable and encrypted data transmission.
• • Troubleshooting and debugging complex applications.
• • Familiar with Windows Server, Hosting IIS web application and Window Services
• Preferred / Good to Have:
• • Microservices architecture and API Gateway.
• • CI/CD pipelines, Git, Azure DevOps or similar.
• • Experience in using Postman/SOAP UI or similar API mocking tools.
• • Experience in .NET 8/10 is a plus.
• • Understanding of messaging standards such as ISO 20022 and ISO 8583
